I ordered my own present this year and I could not be happier. Not only does it strengthen ... it relaxes too (on the low speed) Great after running or tennis. I haven't had it long enough to tell you everything but at this point it is doing what I wanted. Now my Mom wants one and it's not on sale!

I have this machine and really love it. My restless leg syndrome is most
bothersome at night and this vibration machine really makes my legs feel much better and helps me get to sleep. I am also hoping it will help strengthen my bones as I cannot take biophosphonate prescriptions. Someone posted that they can only feel the vibration to their knees. If you open your mouth and put your teeth close together but not quite touching, you can feel the vibration with your teeth. Sounds silly but the machine definitely vibrates the whole body.

A friend reversed her osteoporosis in one year by using this, so I quickly bought one, too. I love it. After only 15 minutes of lifting some free weights while standing on the platform, I felt as if I had done 200 crunches. My energy level ramped up, and I feel terrific. I think some of these reviewers might be expecting to feel the way you do after regular sorts of exercise, or they might be unaware of the hidden benefits of this machine. Let me make something very clear for all former or prospective buyers: this is not a massage unit but an oscillating plate. It does the same action as a car buffer and wax machine; it oscillates from right to left in a "rolling egg" motion. That's why just your legs vibrate and not the rest of your body. It does not vibrate in an "up-down" motion as any massage units do. The "up-down" machines are more expensive because the massage motion is more difficult to create. If you are on a budged and want to settle for a cheap imitation without any effects then you can buy any Health Mark products, they do the same thing: oscillate.
